Subject	vacuum leak

Message	So my car had a major leak where the the leak test gauge did not mark any psi. Hunted down a accordion pipe with a nasty leak. Fixed that but now under pressure the inlet tube right before the turbo has a major leak. In between the tube flange/turbo(passenger) Does this affect my vacuum even though its on the inlet part of the turbo? I was going to tighten it..but lack the tools (box end ratchet wrench should do the trick) Any input would be appreciate it
